The Puff effect can be used with show/hide/toggle. This creates a puff effect by scaling the element up and hiding it at the same time.
Here is the simple syntax to use this effect:

Here is the description of all the arguments:
mode: The mode of the effect. Can be "show" or "hide". Default is hide.
percent: The percentage to scale to. Default is 150.
