I was hacking at one of my software projects and was trying to come up with a way to allow the user to resize my controls onscreen with the mouse. I knew the way to code it, but didn't care for it very much. While I was eating my supper (PIZZA!) I was flipping through a couple of TI's I had downloaded from Borland's sight. TI2909 caught my eye, it described a way to make a control moveable at run time by using a magic number as a WPARAM to a WM_SYSCOMMAND message.
