Open conditional formatting options:
* Highlight the cells you wish to format. * In the main toolbar go to Format > Conditional Formatting.
Set the conditions:
* In the "Conditional Formatting" dialog box set Condition 1 to: "Cell Value Is" "greater than" " 7 ".
